Emozioni blend sensory profile (espresso)

The colour of the crema is hazelnut with reddish and mahogany reflections and lighter streaks forming a uniform tiger-mottle pattern.
Persistence and consistency of the crema are particularly high, the texture is fine.
The aroma is intense and pleasant, with notes of bitter cocoa and flowers standing out from the typical aromatic background of toasted bread.
Flavours are balanced, the body particularly full; the aftertaste is satisfying and persistent, with notes of panettone and cocoa mixing with notes of chocolate and fragrant toasted bread.
